If money is added to a user's Cricketchampz account, it cannot be taken back under any circumstance and may be used to enter leagues or competitions run by the website.

A transaction that Cricketchampz has confirmed cannot be reversed by customers using its services. However, any user may cancel any transaction and request a reimbursement of the amount paid by the user at Cricketchampz's sole discretion if the following conditions are met: If the user sends a written request to Cricketchampz to revoke such payment from the registered email address; If the payment is for involvement in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least 2 days prior to the start of the round for which the payment is made.

As previously stated, after deducting cancellation fees and taxes, Cricketchampz reserves the right to reimburse the transaction amount to the user at its sole discretion. Refund processing could take 5-7 business days. Users should be aware of the additional terms and conditions that strongly influence the transaction while it is being processed.

If any of the clauses in the transaction's additional terms and conditions contradict those on Cricketchampz, the additional terms and conditions will take precedence. Only the money used to enter contests is eligible for refunds, which will be credited to the Cricketchampz User Account source.

Only the membership money will be repaid in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, such as the cancellation of an event, technical difficulties, or Force Majeure; no claims will be made regarding the ranking of winners.
